My twice-monthly business to customer mailers were planned quarterly and the analytics of these were also included in monthly content reports.
I would organise an events calendar for the pubs quarterly as well as managing the bookings diary for private hire events. These events could be anything from getting suppliers to offer product samples or organising a wine and food pairing.
This hard work paid off when I was rewarded for meeting my sales target for the Christmas period in 2018, which was exceeding our goal of £60k net for the peak week in December.
